Lost Earring

When I'm not at home, I manage a staff of 5 for a privately-owned corporation.  Today, I was wearing these really cute french hook earrings.  I absolutely love them.  I also have on a super cute top that has a scoop neck and brings out the girls.  I know where am I going with this.  Just hold on to your panties I'll get there.

I am meeting with "Sam" in my office.  He is sitting across from me.  I turn my head from the computer screen to look back him when suddenly my left earring comes loose and where does it land?  You guessed it.  Right down my shirt between the girls. 

Of course, this would not be an issue for the "not so well endowed" as said earring would fall to the floor.  However, as we are both looking to see where it landed, I realize that it is has not only gone between the girls but has slipped through the cleavage and is stuck in my bra.  At this point I'm thinking...

1.  Is there a delicate way to tell your male employee he can stop looking for the earring as it is stuck between the girls?  

2.  How do you extract said earring that is now becoming painfully embedded into said girls without it being noticeable?

3.  Most importantly...How will I every be able to wear these again without this scene being replayed?

As I am sitting there trying to maintain what little dignity I have left, I managed to get said earring removed thanks to a dropping a pen under the desk and a little jiggling.
