DISTRACTIONS OF THE REAL WORLD...IN OTHER WORDS...WHAT ELSE HAS BEEN GOING ON...

It is hard to believe another week has come and gone.  What have I been doing as I haven't been here.  Seriously, I've been doing the working mother, sick child, loving wife and etc.   Let's face it, we mommas never get a break.  My fantasy is to come home to a clean house and dinner on the table.  If you want me to be in hog heaven, add to that an empty inbox and an iced coffee.  If you want me keep me, do this two days in a row.  I swear I'm that easy.

Wednesday, Little Darling #2 was running a 101 temp when daddy picked her up from daycare.  No swim class for her that night.  Thursday, I spent the morning with her and daddy took off early so I could go into work for 1/2 day.  Daddy took Little Darling #2 to the doctor...Ear Infection.  No swimming on Thursday either.  Friday, I tried the "dose and drop" at daycare.  3 hours later I get a phone call to come get her.  I walk in the daycare, she is laying on the floor whining.  Talk about a guilt trip.

Saturday, we did the Make-N-Take craft at Michael's after cleaning the house.  We have a wonderful homemade frame for Daddy.   Followed by making a tutu for daycare on Monday.  Dress up day!

Sunday, we completed the dress up day clothes with a homemade wand.   There is my recap.  If you stuck with me, you deserve a medal.
