Distractions Of The Real World... In Other Words...What Else Has Been Going On....

It's been a busy week.  I have been completely disconnected from the virtual world while staying in Boston.  Boston was fun. Great food, Great sites, Great Hotel...Maybe it was just being childless and only having to deal with my whims.  One will never know.

I love going to RIMS.  However, I always feel like I have run a 4 day Marathon and want to sleep the next 3.  I'm not going to get that opportunity as I am returning to a home that has been run by 2 men and a baby for the past 5 days.  Lord knows what I will find.

The loud thump heard round the world on Thursday Evening was not the latest earthquake, but instead my plane landing back in reality (or Arkansas, you choose).  My evening started with a run through "The Cow Place" as little darling #2 refers to it.  For the rest of us, it is Chick-fil-A.  Can you blame her?  Their mascot is a cow. 

Today is Saturday.  I've only managed to get the shopping and the laundry finished.  I still need to cook this week's meals and clean the house.  If only I had a few extra arms!
